The villa accommodates 10 people. There are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two twin rooms which share the third bathroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the family room.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!

The villa has a South West facing pool and catches the sun all day. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun, and the sunsets are out of this world!

The villa is not overlooked at the rear and has uninterrupted views of the conservation area.

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The villa is equipped for small children and comes complete with a cot & highchair. The pool also has a safety fence.

For children there is a pool table, PS2 console and a selection of toys, games, PS2 games and videos. The cable TVs also have a selections of children's' channels available.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).

The villa is minutes from the new Berry Town Shopping Centre which has a Publix supermarket and drugstore as well as a book shop, and pizza and Chinese takeaways. A Super Wal-Mart has recently opened within a few minutes drive and The Premium Outlet Mall, which houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc ) is only 20 minutes away. In addition there is a wide variety of stores on Highway 192 which is less than five miles away.

There is a wealth of restaurants on Highway 192, only 5 miles away including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI™s, Dennys along with Chinese and Italian restaurants and takeaways etc, many of whom will deliver.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

All the toys, games and equipment provided in the villa are available for your use free of charge.
